Refund policy

At this time, Ketums does not accept returns on orders. Please look at our size chart and plan your purchase accordingly. 

Items may be returned within 30 days for an exchange or store credit. Items must have original tags attached and must be unaltered and unworn. Hemmed or soaked/washed jackets may not be exchanged. Please email studio@ketums.com for return instructions.

We want to make sure you love this jacket and get to wear it for a long time. If you need to exchange the jacket for a different size, please reach out to us at studio@ketums.com (within 30 days of receipt) for a pre-paid shipping label and we’ll send you a jacket in your preferred size once we receive the exchange.
