Shipping policy

For customers based in the U.S.:

Ketums offers complimentary shipping on all orders and exchanges to customers located in the U.S.

Ketums ships all jackets via USPS Priority Mail. Jackets are shipped within 3 days of purchase. If you select expedited shipping, your jacket will ship within 1 business day. Once an order ships, we automatically send an email with USPS tracking information.  If you have any questions on the status of an order, please reach out to us at studio@ketums.com

For customers based outside of the U.S.:

Ketums provides $40 flat rate shipping to our customers outside of the U.S.

Ketums ships all jackets via USPS Priority Mail. Jackets are shipped within 3 days of purchase. If you select expedited shipping, your jacket will ship within 1 business day. Once an order ships, we automatically send an email with USPS tracking information.  Jackets take 1-2 weeks to arrive internationally.
